Refund and Returns Policy

At AIMS Medical Health Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality and genuine healthcare products. Due to the sensitive nature of medicines and healthcare items, we follow strict return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.


🔹 Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery
  • The wrong product has been delivered
  • The product packaging is tampered with

📌 Important:

  • The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proper proof (images/videos) may be required for verification

🔹 Non-Returnable Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Prescription medicines
  • Opened or used products
  • Personal care items (if opened)
  • Products without original packaging

🔹 Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

🔹 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

🔹 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in case of:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong item delivered

Replacement will be processed after verification.
